Student Mentors

Depending on subject area, Full time learners will be allocated a Student Mentor who will be responsible for assisting with academic progress and welfare. Your Student Mentor will be on hand to support, guide and advise during time at Grantham College & University Centre.

There will be regular meetings with the mentor so they can help learners achieve their goals. Learners will also be given regular opportunities to discuss progress in one-to-one reviews and access any support they need.

Student Mentors can also help learners with applying to University. They are on hand offering support through the entire application process from choosing the right course to submitting a Student Finance application.
