Our digital, lens based visual communication course is a highly creative, informative and industry-led two-year programme of study.

This two-year higher education course is practical and vocationally focused, and aims to prepare you to move to a degree course or into employment. Working as part of a production team, you will develop productions from concept to screen using our in house studio, a range of high end equipment and high end PC and Mac editing suites. The course is underpinned by theoretical elements and covering fictional programming, photography, animation and visual effects. 

There is also the option to sign up to the HNC programme for one year, this will give you the opportunity to develop key practical and theoretical skills in various media disciplines, before deciding your next steps, either continuing to the HND here at Grantham college or at another higher educational institution.
