R2E and Pathways

Our Routes to Employability (R2E) course has been designed to give students who have specialised learning needs and who have previously found education a challenge, a stepping stone into employment or an opportunity to progress on to further education in a vocational area of their choice. 

The Pathways qualification is suitable for students seeking employment and is designed to enable a flexible programme of study. Students will be supported in developing their personal skills and encouraged to achieve the size and level of qualification that is most suitable for them.
