If you already have expe­ri­ence in this sec­tor, you can improve your job prospects by build­ing on your exist­ing qual­i­fi­ca­tions, by using your expe­ri­ence and knowl­edge to gain a for­mal qualification. 

The Foundation Degree in Health & Social Care combines one day per week of study with paid or voluntary work within health and social care to develop your understanding and knowledge of the sector.
