This course will equip you with the skills, knowledge, understanding and personal qualities to work in a biologically-based field and enable you to progress to university to top up to a full degree or further professional qualification in applied biology or a related area.

Students will develop a sound understanding of the principles in their field of study and how to apply those principles more widely. They will be able to perform effectively in their chosen career and have the qualities necessary for employment or further study.
