Students working in the Graphic Design classroom

What can I expect?

Graphic design has existed for centuries and study of it can lead to a career in many different sectors all over the world.

On a daily basis we see graphics work everywhere – in newspapers, on packaging, signage and website pages to name but a few.

In previous years our students have gone on to study a wide range of courses at university or straight into the world of work, gaining employment with agencies, sign makers and even starting up their own businesses.

All of our Graphic Design students are guided and mentored by an array of lecturers who have worked in the creative industries and have real experience of how a graphic design education can lead to successful employment.

Students are constantly engaged in ‘live projects’ within the local community, providing them with a true vocational experience and giving them the confidence to explore and realise their creative potential.

In the past these have included projects involving Grantham Town Football Club, Thorns Farm and the Rotatory Club of Grantham.
