Skills Bootcamps
Skills Bootcamps provide practical, hands-on training in carpentry, plastering, and engineering, designed to help people either start a new trade or advance their existing career.
Fully funded for adults aged 19 and over living in Greater Lincolnshire, theses programmes are ideal for those who are unemployed, working part-time, returning to work after a break, or self-employed.
Heavily subsidised places are also available for companies wishing to support the training and development of their staff.
Our Skills Bootcamps provide people aged 19+ living in the Greater Lincolnshire area with the opportunity to build up sector-specific skills to fast-track their career prospects.
Up to 16 weeks.
Classroom-based courses.
Free – funded by the government if you are taking the course yourself and not through your employer. Heavily subsidised places are also available for companies wishing to support the training and development of their staff.
