Grantham College has been selected to deliver the LEAP Project, using European Social Funding, to create bespoke training and support, to help you successfully achieve your programme.
Through LEAP, you will receive expert guidance and advice enabling you to grow in confidence and build resilience, so you can overcome your barriers to learning and achieving your goals.
Your dedicated mentor will meet with you regularly to help you to stay on track with your learning. We will work together to create a bespoke learning plan and help you access any additional support you may need.
Together, we will support you to identify your strengths so that you can gain the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to progress into further education / training and employment.
Help available could include time management, confidence building, resilience, mental health support and much more.

Through LEAP you will be able to participate in activities to address gaps in skills and to gain the knowledge required to get back into education and training, or enter the workforce and benefit your community.
Through LEAP, Grantham College is working with local organisations and employers to help you find employment.
