Grantham College’s Culture in the Community event continues to grow, welcoming an eclectic group of organisations for this year’s celebration of diversity, creativity, and connection. This year’s Culture in the Community is a vibrant reminder that Grantham thrives through connection — be it through theatre, dance, faith, or celebration of culture. Come along and discover something new!

Whether you want to shine on stage or bring a production to life behind the scenes, Grantham Dramatic Society welcomes you! At our core, we believe in community, unity, and bringing people together in creative and inspiring ways. That’s why we’re proud to be taking part in the Culture in the Community event, celebrating the power of the arts in uniting people and giving them a space to express their ideas and interests.
We’re looking for people to join us in a range of roles! Step into the spotlight with acting or help shape the show through producing and directing. Get creative with set design, painting, and props, or keep things running smoothly with stage management. No experience? No problem!
Our friendly and creative community is here to welcome you.

Grantham Seventh-day Adventist Church
Situated on Dudley Road, Grantham for the past 55 years, Grantham Seventh-Day Adventist Church provides a place of worship every Saturday morning.
They currently partner with Grantham Poverty Concern to provide Sunday breakfast, support Grantham Foodbank, supply hats and canula sleeves to Neo Natal Units at four local hospitals, and distribute the Easter eggs and toys brought to Grantham by NTMCC bikers each year. In addition to community work, they offer courses and programmes on health, English language for refugees and migrants, the history of Christianity and Bible courses on different topics. They began to promote and develop the ‘Because You’re Loved’ project with the aim of helping to make our town a kinder place. They’ll be hard to miss at the event, as they hope to bring along a 7-foot statue, as seen in the dream of an ancient king, which accurately predicted the history of world empires. Plus they’ll be running a quiz with gift bags for all who take part.
