1 April 2026Grantham College Awarded £350,499.77 in Government Funding to Enhance Campus Facilities

Grantham College is excited to share that it has been awarded £350,499.77 in government funding to enhance and improve its campus facilities. This funding comes as part of the National Further Education College Condition Allocation and aims to upgrade and future-proof college buildings across the country.
This investment, provided through the Department of Education (DfE) capital grant is part of a wider £302 million national programme designed to ensure that Further Education colleges can continue to provide safe, modern and future‑ready learning environments. The investment will enable Grantham College to carry out essential maintenance and upgrades that directly support teaching, learning, and the overall student experience.
Paul Deane, Principal and Chief Executive of Grantham College, said:
“Grantham College is delighted to be awarded this funding. It is comforting to know that this government recognises that Further Education Colleges are critical to their mission to grow the economy and train the next generation of skilled workers. This funding will help us maintain and improve our facilities for the benefit of our students and we hope that further capital funding will be available, once the spending review is completed, so that we can continue to deliver the skills that will support economic growth.”
Grantham College is proud to be among the institutions benefitting from this continued Government investment and we’re looking forward to continuing to build on our commitment to educational excellence and community impact.
