Grantham College Teams up with JCP and Taco Bell!

As the new Taco Bell in Grantham was built, they needed employees. Job centre Plus in Grantham reached out to us, and asked if we could offer a SWAP, a Sector-based workplace academy programme. The programme offers employability skills training such as interview skills, CV writing, time management and more. It is a national accredited gateway qualification, and offered all applicants a guaranteed interview with Taco Bell at the end of their training. Grantham College had 12 people on the SWAP, and after training, 9 of these went on to have careers with Taco Bell after successful interviews. One student even went on to have an interview and secured a place at a law firm! Here’s what some students had to say:
