Our worthy winner of the Overall Student of the Year Award was presented to Megan Martin.
We all know how hard our staff work to ensure the success and enjoyment of the students’ time here at college. This year we presented two awards, one nominated by staff and one nominated by students. These awards are a vote of thanks for all their hard work and efforts throughout the academic year. Access to Higher Education course leader, Judi Fisher won the Staff Member of the Year Award from our students and Life Skills Course Leader and SEN Support, Sarah Ellis won the Staff Member of the Year Award from our staff.
Work Experience Placement Employer of the Year Award went to Together Bridal who have gone above and beyond what we would have expected, having taken on more than one student and offering them quality hands-on work experience within the business.
Apprenticeship Employer of the Year Award went to South Kesteven District Council who accommodated apprentices recruiting across a while range of sectors. They support and mentoring they offer apprentices, to enable them to progress in their qualifications is exceptional.
