Vegetables are far from ordinary. In fact, they can be some of the most adventurous and satisfying ingredients on your plate.

There are no formal entry requirements.

In this course, you’ll discover how to transform fresh produce into delicious, sustaining main dishes as well as vibrant accompaniments full of flavour and character.

From hearty, plant-focused meals to side dishes that bring out the best in meats, poultry, or fish, you’ll gain the skills and confidence to make vegetables the true star of your table.

There is no formal assessment.
