In this course, you’ll discover how to transform fresh produce into delicious, sustaining main dishes as well as vibrant accompaniments full of flavour and character.

From hearty, plant-focused meals to side dishes that bring out the best in meats, poultry, or fish, you’ll gain the skills and confidence to make vegetables the true star of your table.
