Grantham College has a dedicated Institute of Technology (IoT) building where this course will be taught. The IoT recently benefited from a £2.5 million refurbishment and is used for the teaching a number of HE subjects. It is envisaged that the HE Leadership and Management programme will complement the subjects already being taught within the IoT.
Equipment available to the HE students includes high specification desktop PCs, dedicated HE student laptops, dedicated isolated network and a dedicated internet connection.
Rooms have been specially adapted for use with HE students including rooms for collaboration, IT systems and group activities.
The course is for people who would like a highly regarded business qualification that focuses on practical skills and knowledge. It will help improve your job prospects within many different types of organisations in addition to providing a platform for further study. The units for this programme have been selected to offer you the best opportunities for progression, both academically and professionally.
Minimum grade 4 in GCSE Maths and English.
Pass in at Level 3 in a Business or Management related subject.
The one year course is delivered at Grantham College using lectures and face to face sessions and is taught for 10 hours per week with an expected 14 hours of self study.

Assessed via a number of written assignments and presentations.
Level 5 HTQ Leadership and Business.
Higher level apprenticeships.
Other universities at degree level.
