Experience a sense of calm and clarity with our Relaxation and Meditation class. Designed to support your overall well-being, this gentle session helps reduce stress and reconnect you with your body and mind.
Each class includes:
Pranayama – breathing techniques to steady the mind and soothe the nervous system
Guided Visualisations – calming imagery to encourage relaxation and focus
Meditation – simple practices to cultivate mindfulness and inner stillness
Somatic Body Movements – slow, mindful movements that deepen your awareness of bodily sensations and support a strong mind-body connection

What you’ll need:
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water. Yoga mats are provided.
