Sometimes the best Christmas gifts are the ones that are made! So that’s why we’re kicking of our first festive recipes blog post with gifts that you can bake for any last-minute presents, secret Santa’s or even just a little something extra to add to the stocking. Picked from a few of our favourite recipes we like to use around Christmas.

2) Reindeer and Snowman Chocolate bark
This is sure to go down well with the kids; this recipe is a quick and easy yet effective one. Make as a surprise for your children or get the kids involved to create some homemade gifts for the relatives. Place in festive cellophane wrap, tie with some festive ribbon and you have got yourself a perfect stocking filler.

3) Hot Chocolate Stirrers
Hot Chocolate – the must have drink for any cold, winters night and the perfect D.I.Y gift for an absolute chocolate enthusiast. Again a really quick and easy recipe that only requires a handful of ingredients, provides the perfect little Secret Santa/Stocking filler gift. Decorate with a whole range of goodies such as candy canes or fudge pieces for an extra tasty hot chocolate.

4) Gingerbread Wreath
Traditionally a wreath made out of leaves, flowers, berries, etc – this is one wreath that we definitely wouldn’t hang up on our door but definitely would use as a festive table centre piece. A little more effort is needed for this bake but an impressive one it is. Decorate it with festive characters of your own and ice to create a personal gift or even just a gift to yourself!
