Ranger outpost provides a safe, reliable and effective way for staff and students to access files on the college network from home. Users can drag and drop data files between the college network and their local machine. Files can then be dragged back to be available when the user logs back on to the college network .
How does it work?
Students and staff must first download and then install the Ranger Outpost client to their home PC or laptop. Ranger Outpost can then be used to access home drives via the Internet.
