As a College Provider we are able to obtain a range of funding support for our employers. Funding available varies from year to year and is dependent on regulations and different funding types. Our Business Development Team can advise you on options available dependant on your training needs, type of learner and organisation.
We have access to Adult Education Budget funding and European Social Funding, to support the costs of a vast array of training courses for employers across all industries. From short courses, NVQ’s to bespoke training, we have options that would benefit our employer network.

Grantham College is one of over 30 organisations across Greater Lincolnshire supporting individuals through the Building Better Opportunities (BBO) project. BBO is funded by The National Lottery Community Fund and the European Social Fund (ESF).

Our English and maths classes are free and available throughout the week at different times and locations. Classes are made up of like-minded adults in a supportive and non-judgemental environment. We can also offer remote learning to our students to fit around busy lifestyles and work commitments
