This course is suitable for all s irrespective of age and ability.
There are no formal entry requirements.
The course is all about posture and core strength. Have you got a bad back, back neck, shoulder problems, would you like to be more flexible or are you in need of a release from the stresses of life? Well this is the course for you. It is very low impact so no impact on your joints but they get stronger and it tones your whole body whilst increasing your fitness. The teacher is Julie Simpson, a qualified Fitness/Personal Trainer for over 30 years.
There is no formal assessment method.
You will need a mat and to wear appropriate sporting attire and water if required.
