The course is all about posture and core strength. Have you got a bad back? bad neck or shoulder problems? are you stressed out? or do you want to be more flexible? Well this this is the class for you.
There are no formal entry requirements
This is very low impact so there is no impact on the joints but they get stronger and it tones the whole body and you also get fitter. The teacher is Julie Simpson Qualified Fitness/Personal Trainer for over 30 years.
No formal assessment
Appropriate sporting attire and water.
