AQA 8464 GCSE Combined Science Double Award (Level 2)

Overview

GCSE in Combined Science is a trilogy including biology, chemistry, and physics, and is a double award worth two GCSEs. You will study topics such as cell biology and bioenergetics in biology, chemical changes and chemistry of the atmosphere in chemistry, and energy and atomic structure in physics.

Students enrolling onto their first full Level 2 or Level 3 course or below who are aged between 19 and 23 may be able to enrol for free. This is a government initiative and the course offer is subject to change. Your Next Steps

Progression onto a Level 3 Study Programme or into employment. This is a good course for those who a require a GCSE in science to progress into further study or on to degrees programs that demand it. It is often taken by those wishing to progress onto the Access to Science programme
