The HAB (Hospitality Awarding Body) Certificate in Hospitality & Catering introduces you to the various specialisms that the industry has to offer. On this course you will learn skills in food preparation and food service and will be assessed in the realistic working environment of the College’s Witham Room Restaurant. In addition you will undertake the IEHO Basic Food Safety Award.
You may be required to continue to study English, maths or IT as part of your course.
