The HAB (Hospitality Awarding Body) Diploma in Hospitality & Catering further develops the food preparation & service skills developed at Certificate level, and is assessed in the realistic working environment of the College’s Witham Room Restaurant. You may be required to continue to study English, maths or IT as part of your course.
